Enshrining the legend of a cult pizzeria through Brand Strategy and Brand Identity.

BRIEF

A symbol of Neapolitan tradition, Pizzeria Starita has a centuries-old history that began in the Materdei district. Well-known in the Campania capital and also known in the United States, Starita does not yet have adequate resonance in the rest of Italy, despite also having locations in Milan, Turin, and Florence. When Don Antonio Starita turned to us, his request was precisely to support him in proclaiming and promoting a brand that today remains unique and inimitable.

SOLUTION

From the name to the brand: our commitment has been to redefine the identity of the Starita brand through a targeted strategy that takes into account all the know-how, history, passion, and quality behind the work of generations of pizza makers. A new website with new content, BTL materials, a dedicated photo shoot, a social editorial plan, and an updated visual identity were the tools used to reach the general public.

ENHANCING AWARENESS WITH A POSITIONING THAT SPEAKS OF NAPLES.

With the aim of enhancing brand awareness even outside its hometown, the market analysis was followed by a redefinition of the value ecosystem, brand description, and tone of voice. In view of the new opening in Bangkok, a brand style guide was created, which was implemented in the design of the website, the production of paper and digital menus, furnishing details for the premises, and staff uniforms, thus inviting each customer to live the true experience of the “pizza ritual”.

The return to the true Neapolitan pizza is the communication insight from which a statement is born that becomes an immediate and catchy slogan, to be versatile on various touchpoints. “Non è Margherita, è Starita” invites you to discover the most authentic and unforgettable version of one of the main dishes of Italian tradition, the one signed by Pizzeria Starita.
