The idea of menopause has always been a communications taboo. Ymea needed a website design company to redesign the concept with a 360° digital strategy as a moment of change and encounter between women in order to create a network that would speak of internal and external transformation of the female body.
We have designed a new digital space where women can talk of the changes affecting them and at the same time interact in real time with specialised medical personell. A user journey with a catchy and amusing look&feel accompanies the individual in sharing day to day experiences concerning the menopause; from the animated webseries to the lifestyle tips, from community sharing of the website to the medical counselling service on the video conferencing platform.

The website graphics, pattern and structure have a soft and feminine feel, and accompany the user on a journey using the brand's classic pantone. We made the video interface more captivating through animated infographics, therefore creating a light engagement aimed at stimulating the conversation and the digital storytelling.
